[Review] MacQueen Serum Tint Lip and Lips No.04 Red

If we talk about korean cosmetic trends, I bet we it will never ends. One of the most famous korean makeup is Liptint, it has natural finish with bright color,but most of liptint is dried my lips, it also doesn’t last really long. But now with a lot of inovation in cosmetics, Korean Brand “Mac Queen” Create the Serum tint, yup the review today is about MacQueen Serum Tint Lip and Lips!

MacQueen is a brand from Korea which have several cosmetic product, one of them is the MacQueen Serum Tint Lip and Lips. I visited their website www.macqueenmall.co.kr but unfortunately,all the information is writen in hangul which i can’t even read. But here is several product info image that maybe some of you can read.

Let’s talk about the packaging,it comes with black-red box and a serum-like glass bottle,i love the design since it is simple yet luxury. The minus is that almost all of information in the box written in hangul which i can’t read soi really blind about the detail information of this broduct. It will be better if there are a brochure which have the product information in english. You can get detail about the shade and expiry date in the bottom of the bottle.  The bottle has doff texture and really thick, so you don’t have to worry to bring it in your pouch because it won’t break easily,the cap also tight to prevent some leakage. The size also small that make this tint travel friendly. This serum tint has a doe foot aplicator with soft brush, it transfer the product on my lips well, the pointy side help me to line the lips.

Some of tint has a jelly-like or a really watery texture, because this is a serum tint the texture is liquid but neither too thin or thick,the texture is perfect for me,most of tint make my lips feel dry, and this Serum-tint moisturize my lips quite enough,it doesn’t dried my lips in the middle of the day, so i love it. But because the texture it need some time to absorb well on my lips, or it will transfer anywhere, my tips is to use this tint before you start the other makeup to make it well absorbed and stay all day long. It does transfer when i drink or eat but it left a good stain on my lips so it doesn’t matter. It has a cherry-like scent that i love the most.

I got the No.04 Red which is cool-toned red, it really pigmented so be careful to not use it too much and make you look like a vampire that back from blood-drinking party. I usually make an ombre lips with this tint to make more natural looks,but if you want a bold lips you can apply it in your entire lips.

Conclusion:

Pros:

-Nice texture & scent

-Pigmented

-Left a good stain

-Good packaging

-Strong and travel-friendly packaging

Cons:

-Needs time to absorb

-Non-transferproof

-Less product info
